We are looking for an Organizational Development (OD) Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organizational performance, culture, and employee growth. This role will partner with leadership and HR to develop strategies that align with our company’s goals.
Strategic Analysis and Organizational Planning
Stay up- to- date on industry trends, OD best practices, and adult learning methodologies to ensure the innovation and relevance of initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational structures, systems, and culture to identify areas for improvement and anticipate future needs.
Design and develop organizational development strategies and action plans that align with company objectives.
Change Management
Lead and support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging across the company, especially during change initiatives.
Talent and Leadership Development:
Oversee performance management, development planning, and succession planning processes.
Provide coaching and development support to leaders and managers to enhance leadership effectiveness and performance.
Support the creation of career development frameworks and initiatives for employees across all levels.
Design and implement impactful learning and development programs, including leadership development, skills training, and employee growth opportunities.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
Establish mechanisms for continuous employee feedback and respond to findings with appropriate actions.
Design and implement employee engagement strategies, including recognition programs, surveys, and team- building activities.
Cultivate and promote a positive organizational culture that reflects the company’s values.
Process Improvement and Effectiveness:
Identify inefficiencies in current systems and recommend process improvements, including workflow enhancements and technology integration.
Provide expertise in organizational design and restructure initiatives to support evolving business needs.
Develop, track KPIs and evaluation tools to measure the success and impact of OD initiatives.
Collaboration and Consultation:
Collaborate with HR, senior leaders, department heads, and external consultants to align and implement OD strategies.
Serve as an advisor to leadership on organizational performance, culture, and leadership development matters.
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of OD principles, learning and development strategies, and organizational design.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an OD Manager, or similar role in the IT field.
Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.
Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or a related HR field.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching abilities.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels of the organization.
