OTA SALE EXECUTIVE

- Check statistics in the control room and follow up
- Liaise with hotels to ensure information is up to date
- Verify that the website has accurate information on hotels and pictures of newly registered accounts
- Providing support to hotels in building the webpage for hotels and/or maintaining hotel information on website
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Update data, inventory to accounts’ website, availability, specials, promotions or providing accounts with information and advice by mail and email, including follow- ups
- Seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company´s website and web traffic, controlling OTA, Website booking, hotel reservation
- Creative with a strategic mind and needs good Computer knowledge and internet skills.
- Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in online content management
- In charge of daily/weekly/monthly reports of Online and Transient volumne Develops direct and semi- direct online channels to check and to improve the Internet presents of the hotel.

- Certification : Bachelor’s degree.
- Other : Hard working, be honest, active in work as well as ready to work under high pressure. Management skills.
- Experience : Minimum 2 year experiences as the same position at 4/5star hotel/resort.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Education : Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related field.
