• Note and book service for the customer upon request.
• Coordinate with the Accounting department to successfully collect advance bookings from guests. Sending payment information for accountant department.
• Response email/ task provided from leader/ senior position
• Work in line with business requirements
• Update room availability, promotion, price for different period. Compare with other hotel competitor in this area to know about booking trending, price applied. Manage the OTA extranet system to make sure hotel photos, descriptions, facilities, room categories, room rate and promotion run properly.
• Coordinate with Reservation, FO team for arrival list, follow booking status, request from OTA
• Other duties as assigned
• Communicate with OTA manager like Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia…to update new promotion, strategy, rate disparity
• Handle all issue related to OTA booking: guest messages, feedback, complaint, requirements…
• Reply all customer email, consult our hotel service such as: transfer service, Spa service, tour/ excursion, restaurant... to maximise revenue
• Arrange room with direct extension booking
• Reading report: Reservation booked, Arrival guest, cancellation/ no show booking…, import report on request
• Check room occupancy and room rate public every day. Depend on the hotel allotment status, adjust pricing, promotion…to be suitable and to attract more bookings and increasing revenue
• Solve urgent issue due to coming reservation, guest request

• Strictly comply with the regulations and procedures for Fire Prevention and Emergency Situations of the Company/Hotel
• Strictly implement working procedures and policies of the Company/Hotel
• Come to work fully and on time according to the assigned work schedule
• Perform other tasks directed and assigned by the Hotel Board of Directors and Head of Department.
• Fully participate in meetings and training programs required by the Hotel Board of Directors.
• Maintain standards of appearance, personal hygiene and uniform during work hours
