OTC Regional Business Solutions Expert

MAIN PURPOSE
· This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment to achieve expected business results.
· Support Regional Office as SAP maintenance and support Center.
· Provides Application Managed Service (AMS) in APAC region for the various enterprise applications troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Any other ad- hoc duties assigned.
· Assist user in requirements gathering, preparation, and follow through of Change Requests
· Responsible for OTC, ITD and Order management, and provide system domain knowledge
· Acts as liaison for troubleshooting and support: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary modifications to satisfy needs.
· Provide support outside regular office hours.
· Act as point of contact to analyse and fix application and system issues OTC/ITD area, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable. SAP Modules: SD, and MM
· Responsible for OTC/ITD Incidents, Problems and Change Requests, and provide intervention guidance and proactive solutions when required.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
· Manages incidents reported by user and follow- up promptly with RCA and CAPA approach and industry best practices.
· Assist in CR release and implementations/roll- out by preparing test script/ test scenario or conduct/coordinate or support users in carrying out User Acceptance/Regression Test.

REQUIREMENTS
· Experienced in system integrations between SAP systems, and with 3rd parties systems
· Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage. Example, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Japanese, Korean etc
· Project management, ITIL and/or ITSM experiences
· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, Azure, Power BI and/or PHP is a plus
· Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
· Ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
· Bachelor&039;s Degree in I.T, Computers or related field
· Possess basic knowledge of SAP authorization troubleshooting.
· SAP ECC 6.0/S4 HANA experience
· Self- motivated and detail- oriented
· Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills and proficient in English.
· Effectively communicates technical concepts to users and business concept to tech team
· Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Possess good analytic thinking and problem- solving skills.
· Must be able to multi- task, work independently as well as a team player and manage own workload under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
· Business knowledge and process design skills in SD order management and inventory logistic.
