Outbound Email Specialist - Part Time

We are looking for a Part- time Outbound Email Specialist to help us to develop and execute the written text in advertisements delivered directly to consumers in digital mailings.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Write copy focused on the needs and objectives of specific direct- mail appeals.
Proactively communicate with relevant team members as needed (including people working in other office locations)
Familiar with email writing tools such as Gmail, Zoho, Mailchimp,…
Track your work closely to ensure you meet deadlines and nothing falls through the cracks
Be able to multi- task during a given day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Honest, careful, detail- oriented, creative, high self- management and self- motivation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and technologically savvy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Intermediate English proficiency is needed.
Basic writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
