Outbound Specialist, Operations

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As successful Outbound Specialist, Operations has first and foremost a broad knowledge of business and market forces. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem- solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency. You will be undertaking projects on behalf of CULINES Management team.

Submit e manifest to VN Customs and send pre- alert to Overseas agents.
Support application of special shipments (flexi- bags, OOG, etc.)
Follow berthing schedule, doing loading list on time and take care other jobs to make sure that vessel loading cargo (laden + empty repo) as plan
Prepare/update Container loading list, check VGM/discrepancies.
Weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual lifting reports.
Release bookings meets the customer&039;s requirements in terms of time.
Issue the Debit Note, credit note for Customer/Overseas agent timely.
Take care of Documentation of Outbound shipments, input data in system and issue the Bill of Lading to Customers, release cargo.
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Liase with other departments for ad- hoc requests.
Take care of Customer Service of Outbound shipments, notice to customers any Schedule change/Irregularities and follow- up problem solving to customers.
Receive and respond to customers&039; emails and phones quickly and accurately.
Upload SI and issue draft bill, revise Bill,

BASIC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary Qualification & Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevance experience; Proficient in network connection
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual Preferred (English & Vietnamese)
COMPUTER LITERACY: Proficient in Quick HR System, and MS Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese.
Proficiency to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and google sheets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven experience as Operations in Liners or equivalent.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem- solving abilities.
BSc/BA in Supply Chain or relevant field.
