GENERAL PURPOSE
Food & Beverage Supervisors oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. Responsible for establishing rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest. Also to handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment. Additionally, training and supervising restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
MAIN DUTIES
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
To be responsible for following up, directing, supervising and supporting staff to well perform customer service tasks, introduce food and beverage, ensure the quality and standards of service.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
To check and supervise all operations of the restaurant before opening hours in order to immediately fix any problem for the best quality service.
Support other supervisors and F&B Attendant at peak times, reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
To regularly check, follow up the quality and quantity of food, food delivered from kitchen, bar to guests.
Assist in processing the daily cash sheets in conjunction with another supervisor, captain and manager.
Work with other departments to supervise all aspects of stock deliveries and accurate and updated data records.
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
