Outsourcing Staff for Risk Management Department (Working Period: 1 Year) Mufg Bank, Ltd. Vietnam Branches

Customer
• Work in partnership with Legal team in the branches to get sufficient and appropriate legal advisory in a timely manner to support in assessing the Branches credit risk performance against MUFG polices and guidelines.
• Work in partnership with counterparts in other MUFG offices to get information on customer and others in a timely manner to support in assessing the Branches credit risk performance against MUFG polices and guidelines.
• Work in partnership with Operations to collect information in a timely manner to support in assessing the Branches credit risk performance against MUFG polices and guidelines.
• Work in partnership with various departments to provide policy interpretation on Regional and local Credit Risk policies and frameworks.
Credit Control
• Review customer documentation to assess the Branch’s performance against MUFG polices and guidelines.
• Prepare the materials for Credit Risk Management committee
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
• Support department in collecting and preparing information for internal and external audits. Develop the countermeasure in response to risk gap
• Prepare recommendations on countermeasures to mitigate credit risks associated with customer documentation.
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports on the Branches performance on including but not limited to loan due date checks, borrower ratings reviews, CIR, Covenant, pending and collateral, on- going monitoring, and audits to MUFG policy and guidelines.
• Prepare regular and/or ad hoc portfolio reports on credit risk performance and issues in the Branch/Country.
• Support in managing the risk profile for the department .
Regulatory reports:
• Prepare regular and/or ad hoc credit reports to local authorities

- Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of interpreting loan due dates, borrow ratings reviews and customers portfolio.
- 1 years working experiences.
- Experience and/or knowledge in developing data models and projections
- Sound analytical skills to interpret data and draft reports.
- Sound knowledge of banking regulatory environment and regulations.
