Overseas Service Engineer

Quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems;
Establish complete equipment debugging and maintenance file records on PM system;
Get to know the product manufacturing process in detail to be able to identify when the process is deviating from the norm and take action to correct it or to escalate it to the supervisor;
Feedback to the supervisor in time if product quality problems are found during the commissioning process; Perform investigation to prevent re- occurrence of machine failure and quality defects;
Handle faults found in the debugging process in a timely manner, and report to the supervisor in time for problems that cannot be handled;
Commissioning in strict accordance with the requirements of the commissioning manual, and keep relevant data files;
Ability to complete the move- in, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of the company&039;s equipment under the guidance of SOP and installation video;
Training other employees/operators as well as updating training manuals when necessary;

3）Minimum 1 year of work experience in fully/semi- automated manufacturing plant is preferred;
2）Preferably knowledge in PLC, HMI, electro- pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical wiring;
1）College or preferably technical university degree in mechanical automation, mechatronics, electrical automation major, applicable to the outstanding fresh graduates;
Minimum 1 year of previous work experience preferably in a production environment;
Participated in smalland middle- sized project management experience priority;
Team oriented and excellent inter- personal and communication skills both written and verbal;
Ability to speak Chinese and/or English is preferred;
