Overseas Study Counselor

- Manage assigned projects such as seminars, interview workshops and assist in preparing marketing material if required
- Coordination and liaison with overseas institutions regarding progress of application
- Organization and assistance in exhibitions
- Serve as point of contact for students/parents for education planning counseling
- Application document checking and preparation
- Counselling and assistance in students’ visa applications.
- Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
- Customer Service orientation and pro-active follow-up to convert from potential leads to meet the sales target.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of enquiries
- Active participating in internal training

- Passionate about education
- Candidates with less experience might be considered for the Counselor Assistant post
- Bachelor or master degree from a reputable international institution is an advantage
- Proficient in Spoken & Written English
- Attentive to details and well-organized
- Relevant experience is required
- Strong independent working capability
- At least one 2 years of relevant professional experience, including direct experience with advising, sales
- Self- motivated, willing to learn, patient, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
