[OVN] - EHS Group Leader

Managing all kinds of Healthy Safety Environment documents and fire-fighting documents and facilities to ensure meet Law requirement.
Review and follow up license application review to track waste management
Implement other tasks assign by superior.
Safety culture, create safety program to encourage safety awareness of employees
Safety assessment, training, and monitoring for contractors/vendors doing business with Ortholite to assure contractors/vendor work follow OVN standards.
Conduct risk assessment, provide measures, and action plans to prevent and minimizing hazards in the workplace
Application and audit on 5S, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HIGG program to assure meet customer/government requirement.
Contact, prepare documents, and welcome the audits from customers and the government to assure all document/process/procedure follow auditor requirement.
Follow up the training plan of internal and external resources for environment, safety & Firefighting to assure meet customer/government requirement.
Implement 5S to assure working area follow 5S and safety standard.
Plan, implement, and review the EHS policies, programs, and procedures to assure meet the newest requirement of customer/government.
Review and sign-off for chemical approval to assuring chemical using in OVN are safe.
Follow up CAPA to report improvement actions after the audit for auditor.
Manage for high-risk task permit approval to prevent and minimizing hazards in the workplace
PPE management to ensure labor safety for employee during working time at OVN

Education&Knowledge: University/ Engineering Degree of Occupational Health & Safety/ Environmental or related field preferred
Skill: Good communication/ management/ organization/ negotiate/ Microsoft office skill
Foreign language: English listening, speaking, writing skill
