[Ovn] Mechanical Engineer Design (Kỹ Sư Thiết Kế Cơ Khí )

Perform and implement machinery improvements in production to improve productivity.
Setting up instructions/ SOP of machines and equipment to guild operation for user.
Contacting vendor to survey new machinery, find solutions to improve machines and equipment in the factory.
Gilding and training for new maintenance technician to they can adapt work requirement soon.
Implement other tasks assign by superior
Manage and evaluate maintenance technician performance to assure they work follow regulation encourage their development.
Coordinating with production dept to plan and perform maintenance of machines.
Support installation, expanding production line projects to increase productivity.
Support repairing machines when damaged to assure progress follow production schedule.
Coordinate the EHS to implement safety + 5S projects
Control and manage maintenance technician to assure maintenance team working progress.
Update the broken status of machines and take actions to improve and prevent it.
Perform and allocating resources to ensure uninterrupted production.
Contacting suppliers to repair machines and equipment.

More than experience in specialized, work in footwear factory. Experience in machine design, mechanical processing, knowledge of mechanical equipment, details, and machine structure is preferred. experienced in machine improvement, automation equipment
English communicaiton
Ability to use AutoCAD, Creo, solid works
Education:College/Electrical engineering degree or related field preferred
