Other Tasks• Input relevant data into the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner.• Facilitate communication between clients and suppliers to manage expectations effectively, focusing on technical aspects and ensuring clarity in specifications.• Provide value- added services to clients by delivering technical support and insights efficiently and professionally.• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the department manager to support project execution and client satisfaction.
Enquiry Management• Receive and analyze all new inquiries from clients or sales, with a focus on technical specifications and project requirements.• Identify and evaluate capable suppliers with expertise in industrial components; confirm material specifications, technical processes, and inspection requirements based on engineering standards.• Negotiate and compare prices from various suppliers, ensuring timely quotations aligned with client requirements and technical specifications.• Constantly source and propose relevant industrial products and solutions based on current industry trends, client needs, and project specifications.• Organize and prepare technical trips for client visits, ensuring all relevant information and resources are available to facilitate discussions.
Order Management• Oversee and manage orders from inception to completion, addressing emergencies that arise between clients and suppliers.• Collaborate closely with internal QA/QC teams and suppliers to ensure that product quality meets industry standards and technical specifications.• Work alongside the Purchase and Logistics departments to guarantee timely delivery of products.

• Strong observation, analytical, and problem- solving abilities.
• Engaging and influential communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with drawings tools.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and suppliers on- site.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• High sense of responsibility and self- motivation, with a focus on technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Commitment to contributing positively to the team atmosphere.
• Extensive product knowledge of hardware products, hand tools, power tools, custom casting, forging, machining, welded production and other technical items related to industrial applications.
• Strict adherence to the company’s rules and regulations.
• Good command of written and oral English.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in industrial components, engineering projects, or manufacturing environments.
• A responsible approach towards work, maintaining clear and friendly communication with colleagues and management.
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field, demonstrating a solid understanding of industrial processes and products.
