Job Summary: PA to General Manager
The PA to GM serves as the primary administrative support and representative for the Executive Office. The role focuses on managing the GM&039;s daily operations, facilitating critical coordination between the Resort and the Owner&039;s Head Office, and acting as a seamless communication liaison between the GM, department heads, and external Radisson properties.
Key Responsibilities
Owner & Head Office Liaison:
Coordinate directly with the Owner’s Head Office regarding Executive Office matters, requests, and reporting as directed by the GM.
Executive & Administrative Support:
Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule, meetings, phone calls, and daily tasks.
Maintain advanced filing systems (paper and electronic), trace files for urgent actions, and manage office equipment/supplies.
Draft business correspondence, memos, and prepare files/purchase orders for the GM&039;s signature.
Communication & Translation Liaison:
Record and distribute precise meeting minutes.
Maintain professional networks with PAs of other Radisson GMs for information sharing.
Serve as the main bridge between local and expatriate managers, providing accurate translation and prompt distribution of documents.
Organize inter- departmental meetings, compile reports from Department Heads, and coordinate the Department Head Duty Roster.
Travel Logistics & CSR Management:
Oversee corporate philanthropy, sustainability issues, and charitable requests; submit monthly sustainability reports.
Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations for the General Manager and executive business travel.
Follow up on ongoing resort projects and provide progress feedback to the GM.
Brand Alignment & Guest Satisfaction:
Deliver Radisson’s "Yes I Can!" service philosophy to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Adhere to Radisson’s brand standards, vision, core values, and grooming policies.
Handle special VIP/Executive reservation requests.
General Flexibility:
Perform any other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the GM.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 02 years of experience in the same position within 4- 5 star hotels or resorts.
College degree or higher; possession of degrees/certificates related to the profession is required.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); ability to use an additional foreign language is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office equipment. Excellent tech- savviness for digital filing and data management.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem- solving and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues.
Ability to work independently and handle high pressure.
Agile, enthusiastic, careful, and detail- oriented.
