Packaging Engineer

Full responsibility for packaging solution independently from concept into production.
Gathering requirements, analyze packaging material, process DFP (Design for packaging)
calculate and create solution.
Analyze data, write the technical report base on test result, draw conclusions.
Communicate and discuss findings with customers (foreigner) and colleagues to take action.
Propose test cases or relevant test methods.
Work with outside suppliers to develop packaging solutions, deploy from development to mass

Good understanding of technical aspects of packaging processes relevant to EWI’s products
Standardization of packaging material in manufacturing.

Familiar with outside supplier processes and requirements, with ability to learn more as needed
through independent research and training relative to packaging solutions.
Microsoft office or other statistical tools – ability to use advanced functions such as ‘lookup and
reference’, statistical and engineering analysis, ability to communicate data and results in a clear
and professional way.
Conduct specific tasks for BOD and Manager.

Familiar with packaging testing standard (ISTA, ISO,…).
Having knowledge on packaging materials, configurations of packaging (adhesive, paper board, labels,foam, eps,…).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management;
Able to use at least 1 packaging design software/3D design software.
Strong 2D and 3D drawing skills, ability to create 3D models from samples.
Graphics design ability is referred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in similar job field
English fluently is required.
