Missions: The packaging engineer is responsible for managing Packaging process within Product development and manufacturing.

Implement packaging test protocol to QA team to make sure QA team do accurately packaging control in production
Research and build packaging best practices library (get from factory, internal teams and other brands…) to share to all Product teams to improve packaging process.
Build and maintain a packaging standard (Packaging method, packaging materials, Packaging test…) and packaging quality control process between PD/QA and Factory
Receive packaging specification from PD and Factory, analyze and do assessment to validate it based on packaging test protocol and customer’s satisfaction
From packaging assessment, give comments and suggestion to PD and Factory to improve packaging specification
Build in house packaging test protocols in detail to refer to ISTA 6A standard, implement in- house packaging tests at the factory.

Good communication in English, good presentation skills
Bachelor in related majors, mechanical engineering or mechatronics is preferred
Good at using MS Office: Powerpoint, Excel, Doc, Viso, Draw.io.
Strong in project management, Strong logical thinking, systematic mindset, strong collaboration and facilitation skill, willingness to learn, teamwork mindset, multitask.
Good knowledge about packaging standards such as ISTA 6A, 3A, SIOC (Amazon)...
Ability to work independently and proactively, ability to provide creative and effective solutions.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Packaging engineer, Product development in packaging product or equivalent position. Furniture KD packaging experience is a plus.
