Packaging Executive

· Record damage reports on product and take appropriate corrective actions to eliminate future problems
· Sourcing of new materials, supplier for packaging development and cost saving
· Coordinate and communicate technical packaging information to other departments
· Establish and control packaging specification for new products; modifies and improve existing products as directed
· Provide cost information regarding new products and formulation change
· Development and maintain general and specific packagingspecification that meet transportation and optimal distribution flow requirement
· Coordinate with relevant Department to trial packaging, record data accordingly

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in material technology, printing, with significant experience at least 1 years in packaging R&D
· Medium level in English (spoken and written)
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
· Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint
· Flexibility : can work in parallel on different projects – good organizer
· Weekly reporting and/or updating the status of projects to Department Head &/or Manager
· Technical knowledge in packaging
· Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Department Head/Manager
· Basic understanding of HACCP, ISO or other Food Safety and Quality Programs
· Have flexibility to work beyond normal workday hours, shift work, and some weekends
