Packaging Specialist (1-Year Contract)

POSITION SUMMARY
Support for New Project of Binh An Factory (Amata Industrial Zone - Bien Hoa) in 01 year.
You will plan new product development projects to be launched on time, with effective cost with no major qualify issues and in compliance with Nestle and local regulations as well as improve existing products.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Ensure development of competencies of packaging lab analyst or supplier & disseminate packaging best practices and knowledge at the shop floor
• Support Corporate Packaging and Procurement in the selection, assessment and development of new suppliers/converters.
• Conduct value analysis; identify and recommend cost reduction and source optimisation opportunities.
• Support shelf-life, storage handling, laboratory and transport tests for validation of new packaging.
• Trial for validation of new packaging and changes in specifications.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
• Background: Bachelor Degree in major of Packaging Technology or Material Science or relevant
• Knowledge of Food Manufacturing is preferred.
• Project Management, Creativity, Flexibility, Supplier & Converter Auditing
• At least 3 years of experience in F&B manufacturing environment.
• English: Advance level, fluently in English communication, reading, writing, listening

13th & 14th month salary + yearly performance bonus + Transportation allowance
