Packing Supervisor

Responds on availabilities of shipment and/or enquiries, complaints.
Ensure Production Output: Achieve or exceed output targets.
Quality Management: Ensure assembled and packed products meet established quality standards. Coordinate timely handling of issues related to product defects.
Optimize Processes: Propose and implement measures to improve production efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
Ensure master planning from beginning to end process for Order running smoothly and timely.
Follows up priority list given by customers, pushing through overdue/urgent orders for Fulcrum, RRAU, ZUS, ZUK.
Demonstrates understanding of the extended process of order receipt and entry, material procurement, order release, packaging, shipment.
To provide priorities to Manufacturing and Packaging to meet customers’ demands.
Manages packing in accordance with shipping plan as confirmed to customers.
Works with purchasing/ WH/ QC/ planners to gather components to complete the kits ready for shipment.
Manage team and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Demonstrates confidentiality and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
Be proactive with correcting stock on hand variance to maintain buildable WOs for packing in pace with customers&039; requirements and secures workload for lines.
Team Management: Plan and assign tasks for workers. Train, guide, and supervise the performance of employees.
Ensure Workplace 6S: Supervise workers&039; compliance with 6S and improve 6S conditions at the workplace.
Manages sales orders, fixes WO issues at WH13, replaces PO for errors.
Demonstrates teamwork, leadership skill and the ability to operate on diverse project teams with minimal direction.
To monitor open work order start dates and provide status on overdue quantities in Manufacturing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree with related major, preferable with Economic Mechanical Engineering background.
Confident in planning manufacturing environment.
Understand commercial impact of not making deliveries on time.
Fast learner.
Positive proactive individual.
Production Management: ability to plan production, allocate resources, and manage manpower effectively.
Exposed to Manufacturing business.
Problem- Solving Skills: find optimal solutions when facing production or quality issues.
Experience: at least 5- year experience with similar role at Manufacturing Environment and 3 years management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
Good English communication.
Communications skill: effectively convey information and address issues as they arise.
