Role and Responsibilities
As a Paid Marketing Executive, you will be providing planning, daily digital campaign execution and analysis to improve our client’s marketing performance. You will also play key a role in the marketing efforts related to our in-house Hello Bacsi / Marry Baby platforms.
· Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROI,…)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications
● Confident, positive and well organized.
● At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically on Paid Marketing.
● Fluency in English is essential.
● Experience working in an agency, start-up or a fast growing company.
● Strong analytical and project management skills.
● A passion for digital solutions and marketing.
● Marketing related Degree.
