PAINTING ENGINEER

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems; Collecting information during trial- out build for product engineer.
Preparing product feasibility study report.
Providing support and suggestion from process perspective during RFQ.
Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from process perspectives.
Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production. until the first pilot run summary Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson- learned database frequently.
Preparing process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information.
Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time.

Also prefer the candidate coming from painting/ coating for Furniture/ Ship/ Paint Industry.
At least college degree in engineering/ chemical or related majors.
Working knowledge of APQP, FEMA, MSA, SPC and PPAP is desired
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Experience with manual and automation painting processs for AUTOMOTIVE industry at least 3 years.
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
