Parameter & Monitoring Assistant Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
To investigate potential internal fraud behavior and support fraud risk department with information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct investigation into details to find out the fraud scheme of fraudsters / fraud organization for proper preventing risk.
Support fraud risk department with information related to fraud investigation
Training, review staff performance
Monitoring to detect suspicious criminal points
Responsible for ensuring compliance with security regulations
Cooperation with IT security in terms of cyber threats
Play an important role in catching up & comprehending the procedures of the company; study & find out the gaps in the company’s regulations / procedures / policies and propose improvement plan.
Collaborating with local authorities / law enforcement for investigation if needed.
Monitor activities of subordinate cadres to ensure that ethical issues are followed
Set up Criminal Early Warning System
Build up and follow up the strategy / plan of risk analysis, project management; supervise & take responsibilities for ensuring the confidentiality.

Qualification & experience

At least 5 years working experience in Police, bank or Consumer finance in investigation area
Good understanding of market and fraud trends behaviour.
Education in IT/ Finance/ Banking/ Law or Public security area

Knowledge & Skills

Programming languages
Knowledge of investigation
Analytical & communicative skills.
Basic knowledge of law relating to investigation
Knowledge how to contact state/government/police organization
Assertive and curious
Able to follow up company policies and regulations
Knowledge of basic English
Able to communicate within/out of company
Basic PC skills
