Part-Time English Trainer (English Teacher) Gameloft

The main scope of the English Trainer is helping to administer and improve English proficiency as well as English learning culture at Gameloft Saigon through various learning activities, including but not limited to: English classes, speaking/pronunciation coaching, English workshops, tournaments, proficiency tests, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design training curriculum and deliver training classes (up to 10 hours of class per week) that help Employees improve their English communication skills.
- Together with Learning and Development team, organize different activities to promote English learning culture in Gameloft Saigon.
- Design and administer standard English tests to evaluate English proficiency of Employees.
- Be the facilitator of various English learning workshops on topics relevant to the wider audience of Gameloft in Saigon.
- Deliver 1:1 coaching to improve pronunciation or/and overall speaking skills of selected Employees.
Work hours: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday.

- With TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent.
- Experience and passion in teaching English to adults.
- Good presentation/public speaking skill, with the ability to command the crowd.
- IELTS 8.0 or equivalent is a plus.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with others to deliver projects.
- Friendly, energetic, and easy to approach.
- Customer- focused mindset, willing to adapt and modify action plans to better support learners.
- Native English speaker.
- A good command of Vietnamese.
