JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development:
• Research, hunt, and establish referral relationships with potential referrers: agency,
Freelancers, etc.
• Develop positive working relationships with partner and referrers to build business.
Cross functional collaboration:
& Partnership
• Work with the account team on the referral approach strategy for each client.
• Work with the planner team on feedback and suggestions of the solutions, systems, and
tools for both partners and clients.
• Work with all other cross- functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long
term growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must have: Minimum of 1- 2 years successful referral, channel sales, strategic
partnership or sales experience in general in professional B2B environments.
• Strong partner management, alliance, and business development experience combined
• Strong problem solving and research skills.
with solid understanding of marketing and agency business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sufficient business acumen &
marketing sense.
• Experiences working in agencies or other marketing companies.
• Strong analytical and management skills
• Strong relationship and networking skills.
