Job Description
• Design & Execute Initiatives: Develop tailored partnership proposals — from endorsements, livestreams, co- created content to co- branded products — and manage the full execution process from ideation to delivery.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize partnership outcomes to ensure both commercial success and brand impact.
• Market Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry, entertainment, and social media trends to uncover new collaboration opportunities and enhance INNO’s brand presence in the market.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure high- impact collaborations with top celebrities, KOLs/influencers, and entertainment IPs that align with INNO’s vision and brand direction.
• Cross- Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth coordination and maximize partnership impact.
• Develop & Drive Strategy: Lead the annual partnership sales strategy to achieve business growth, sales targets, and brand- building objectives.
Requirement
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with a proven network and successful track record in top- tier entertainment or KOL collaborations.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills to effectively lead and coordinate complex collaborations
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal- closing skills.
• Communicate fluently in English
• Results- driven, self- motivated, and resilient, with a strong sense of entertainment and social media trends.
• Agile and adaptable, with a strong ability to leverage networks to build business proposals, attract potential partners, and drive collaboration opportunities for INNO
