Partnership & Community Specialist
Secomus is a SaaS company specializing in e- commerce. We have been developing products on the Shopify platform to please hundreds of thousands of customers from the USA, Canada, and Europe. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer interactions, identifying pain points, conducting user interviews, and optimizing user flow to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.
Job Description:
Identify the right partners and build the relationship & collaboration with partners (international partners, mainly in US, Canada and Europe) with practical action plan, data analytics base to achieve business goal
Research and develop campaigns that drive traffic, improve customer engagement, leads and sales.
Create useful and compelling content for guest blog and other content for partnership activities.
Data analyze and conduct pros and cons of partners management, coordinating to provide solutions.
Build brand image on social media, forum and relevant communities
Maintain relationships and work closely with both new and existing partners for co- campaign/promotion.
Requirement:
Strong research skill.
At least 1 year of experiences in social media content creation and familiarity with communication channels highly preferred.
Proficiency in the English language is key (IELTS overall score must be above or equal to 6.5).
Ability to manage yourself, but also work within a team. Self- motivated, result- oriented and be able to work independently.
Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge in marketing and eCommerce preferred.
Must be enthusiastic, organized and adapt to change.
At least 1 year of experiences in partnership development highly preferred.
Knowledge in Japanese is preferred.
Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to produce creative pieces.
