We are looking to hire a PDE who’s keen to champion partners development at our lovely new central HCMC headquarters.
As a Partner Development Executive, You Will
Attending weekly WIP meeting to assess the week ahead and to go through KOL, partner network and identify any prospects.
Our unique all- in- one multi- app offers a cloud- based platform that connects users with aggregated daily content featuring the latest news, movies, chat and soon to come hot deals. We also engage with rising stars through our KOL academy and creator community. Due to the company’s rapid growth plans, we are looking for a Partner Development Executive to build out a high performing Influencers network.
Accountabilities for Partner Development Executive
Work with colleagues, networks and communities to identify, map and approach prospects
Receive full and ongoing training
Attend meetings with senior colleagues (as your experience grows)
Focus on a variety of sectors
Qualify and book appointments (clients, partners and KOLs)
Manage a growing portfolio of warm leads (as above)
The ideal, degree educated PDE will
Be consultative, tenacious and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first- class communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate ambition, drive and a portfolio of interests outside of work
Have enterprise level experience
Possess a minimum of 2 years of sales or talent management experience
Self- manage and show maturity
Be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the career potential is truly unlimited
Requirements
You have a knack for digital thinking and constantly research tech trends, demonstrated by your development experience.
Awareness of latest industry developments and trends
As a start- up company we expect you to go above and beyond what is required on the JD. Be proactive and embrace challenges as opportunities. There may times occasionally where you may be asked to stay back or come in on weekends.
You’re experienced in providing quick ballparks and accurate project estimates, clearly defining the scope and underlying assumptions.
