Reporting and analysis: Regularly track, report, and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
Strategic planning: Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s goals. Plan and implement effective marketing and business strategies in collaboration with key partners.
Seeding and managing satellite social media channels: Oversee and nurture social media
Team leadership and coordination: Supervise and guide junior team members, including
interns or assistants, to ensure smooth operation of all partnership- related activities.
channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) through regular content posting, short video editing, engagement, and performance analysis.
Lead and manage partnerships: Build, develop, and maintain long- term relationships with key partners, including KOLs/KOCs and other stakeholders.
Vendor and resource management: Manage and liaise with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a solid understanding of social media trends and content creation.
Experience in partnership management, KOL/KOC management, or related roles.
The ability to edit short videos using tools such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially in Excel for tracking project data and reports.
Having a strong KOL/KOC network
Good project management skills, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to drive and lead partnership strategies independently.
