Partnership Manager

Planning

Develop relationships with potential partners to promote company products and maintain sound relationships with partners.
Finding potential partners in banking industry to create partnership relationship.
Establish a commercial follow- up of the banks to achieve the target.
Participate in negotiation with banks on products, pricing, process, signing distribution agreement.

Management

Other tasks as assigned by BD from time to time.
In charge in training of the Company for merchants from the bank.
Develop new business with banks by maintain good relationship.
Visit banks regularly and make necessary supports to banks in technical, sales skill, sales process, administration procedures to meet agreed business targets and objectives.

Education:

Bachelor degree and above.

Experience:

More than 2 years’ experience in partnership department or card center of Bank/ Bank Partnership is advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent majoring in Banking/Sales/Marketing/Business management.
Good at communication and negotiation skill.
Experienced of self planning and executing business plan(GTM) in the last 3 years.
English business level.
Created sales plan/plan propose to management team.
More than 3 years of experiences at Banking industry.
Strong understanding about banking industry and market in charge.

Knowledge:

Understanding on payment environment of Bank/Merchant.
Active and aggressive performance- driven activity.
Knowledge and understanding on card payment industry.

Professional Skills:

Good interactive skill and basic English communication and above.
MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point).

Competency:

Full of responsibility and customer- oriented mind.
Be able to work under high pressure.
Proactive, team- work.
