Our innovative new app is launching internationally, expanding our reach beyond Vietnam and the ASEAN region. This role will be instrumental in growing revenue by developing strategic partnerships, particularly with Gohub&039;s partners through cross- functional coordination, creative problem- solving, and leading deal structures, engagement, strategy, and negotiations. You will build a diversified partnership portfolio, including co- branding initiatives for increased market exposure, and lead a dedicated team focused on e- commerce partnerships. We encourage creative approaches to explore all potential partnership avenues.
What you will do
Lead negotiations and execute clear, concise partnership agreements that ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and foster long- term collaboration. Manage existing partner relationships, promoting open communication and collaboration to maximize value creation.
Lead and mentor a dedicated e- commerce partnership team, overseeing their activities and driving successful partnerships. Develop and implement a performance measurement framework to track partnership effectiveness and optimize the overall strategy for growth.
To ensure seamless integration with other departments involved in partner initiatives, you will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams like Growth, Sales and Product. Through effective communication and collaboration, you will guarantee that partnerships are strategically integrated into our overall business strategy.
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify and source potential partners across various industries with complementary offerings to create mutually beneficial revenue growth opportunities.

Who you are
Possess strong strategic account management and consultative sales skills. You have a proven track record of growing existing relationships across various sectors and thrive in collaborating with cross- functional global teams across geographies and business lines.
Foster seamless collaboration across teams and partners with excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English. Fluency in any 3rd language will be a huge plus. Proven leadership experience allows you to motivate and empower your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning while adapting your leadership style to achieve optimal results.
Minimum of 3+ years of international market experience. Deep understanding of market trends and partner needs. Proven ability to build strong networks and forge strategic partnerships.
Have a proven ability to develop and execute innovative partner strategies designed to grow complex, large global accounts. Additionally, experience and success in leading complex, strategic negotiations and delivering on agreements is a plus.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You can lead effectively in a fast- paced, agile environment, developing new standards and managing multiple priorities. Furthermore, you thrive in complex, highly matrixed environments.
