About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our channel partnership team.
In this Partnership Manager position, you will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with educational consultants, universities, and colleges to promote our accommodation services. Your primary goal will be to expand our reach in the education sector, increase our customer base, and build strong relationships while developing strategies and ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved.
• Working time: 8:00- 17:00, Mon – Friday
• Location: eSpace Co- working, 1 Dinh Le Street, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with Study Abroad Educational Consultants, including universities, colleges, and private educational institutions. Ensure innovative and professional client servicing standards are maintained.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with consultants to understand their specific accommodation requirements and preferences for international students. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create partnership strategies and promotional activities.
Accommodation Solutions:
Provide detailed information about available student accommodation options, including residences, apartments, homestays, and private rentals, ensuring they meet the needs and budget of students.
Market Research:
Conduct regular market research to stay up- to- date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in student accommodation preferences.
Training Sessions:
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for educational consultants to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Motivate the partnership lead generation teams, track performance, and report metrics.
Events:
Attend conferences, workshops, webinar and other industry events to network with educational consultants and establish new partnerships.
Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the customer service team to address any accommodation- related concerns promptly. Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from educational consultants and contribute to the improvement of our services.
