KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership and Account Management
- Negotiation of commercial terms and general cooperation conditions
- Be the main counter- party to our eComm partners
- Expand existing cooperation and proactively open discussions with new partners
Product Management Knowledge & trends knowledge
- Support eKYC usage in partnerships, keep up with new trends in the super app world.
- Understand product management, describe and explain processes & process flows (for detailed cooperation, this manager will have eComm Solution Manager to work closely with)
- Understand mobile apps + integration between 2 parties
Build a business case
- Identify opportunity, listen to partners’ needs and requirements, describe the cooperation opportunity
- Describe a business case – the problem, analysis of the situation, market insight/competitors, solution, justification, cost- benefit etc.)
Present to partners & internal stakeholders
- Need a very strong communication skills & presentation, persuasive presentation
- Great command of creating visuals (PPTs, sample flows with eComm Solution Mngr/Product Manager)\
Promote digitalization internally
In daily work, promote HC’s transformation towards digital lending, E2E online acquisition and digital partnerships

- Fluent English.
- Experience to work with digital and banking- financial partners (eComm, eWallet, consumer finance, banking)
- Understand mobile app integrations
- University degree
- Experience in Partnership management / Key Account/ B2B Business Development with proven partnership portfolio.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
