The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

Solv Vietnam is set up as an e- commerce marketplace to transform the traditional B2B supply chain, supporting SMEs with easier and faster access to finance.
SC Ventures (SCV) spearheads innovation across Standard Chartered. Included in SCV’s mandate will be to invest in FinTech’s and other start- up companies, promote rapid testing and implementation of new business models.

Monitor the performance of partnership programs, assessing among other things their ability to source high quality clients in target segments with whom multi- product relationships are being built.
Determine how to optimize partnership programs to improve their strategic fit and performance to increase the efficiency of the platform.
Build and manage relationships with SCB CCIB as well as Financial Institutions to engage and sign up Anchor clients and FI partners to participate on the platform.

Strengthen teamwork spirit by providing continuously feedbacks on working environment.
Team player in delivery the overall company strategy.

Work with multiple stakeholders to establish applicable risk / control framework to ensure that the Group’s ability to remain within risk appetite is not materially threatened.
Act and escalate quickly when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.
Familiarise self with governance structures and mandatory bank processes.

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Lead the efforts to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
