JOB DESCRIPTION
Partnership management & development:
Establish a systematic process for partner outreach, and relationship management.
Identify, prioritize, and seek for partnership opportunities
Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners in order to enhance PMAX capability and profitability.
Buid, implement and follow up JBP plan with each partner from performance (volume), product development/adoption, co- marketing activities, …
Develop initiatives and strategize new ways to grow current partnerships.
Manage vendor relations, negotiate and finalize deals with partners & alliances in order to optimize profitability.
Stakeholder management:
Work closely with other teams to maintain daily operation from onboarding, monitoring to closing.
Liaise with cross- functional teams (Media, Account, Creative, Commerce solutions, Marketing…) on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Update internal project teams on market trends and best practices from partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Must have:
Experience in working with senior stakeholders to generate win- win solutions.
Good at project management, stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English – IELTS >=7.0 or relevant.
A strong critical thinker, a problem solver and a data analyst.
At least 1 year experience as Partnership Manager or Account Manager, or relevant roles as management level.
Proven track record of constructive networking abilities.
Good to have:
Supervisory and management experience.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Experience and knowledge in Marketing field, especially agencies side
