JOB DESCRIPTION:
Partner Development:
Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.
Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships with potential partners both domestically and internationally.
Propose new collaboration models that bring business value, increase revenue, and enhance brand awareness.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
Partner Relationship Management:
Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.
Maintain long- term relationships with existing partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:
Analyze market trends and research opportunities for new partnerships.
Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with relevant departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
Support in the preparation of collaboration documents: proposals, pitch decks, contracts, and partnership performance reports.
Report partnership status and job performance to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of the market and business development trends is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for business trips.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and effectively in teams.
Japanese language proficiency is a plus (basic communication and reading comprehension).
Knowledge or experience working with AI products is a plus.
English: Fluent in all four skills (required).
Analytical thinking and problem- solving capabilities.
Male, over 3 years of experience in partner development, business development, or similar roles, preferably with manufacturing clients in industrial zones.
