Parts & Logistics Executive

- English is a must in order to understand technical aspects of Ferrari cars; Every manual on Ferrari cars is in English
- Understand technical knowledge and experience on structure for cars; must be able to inspect parts status with technicians
- Ability to organize and plan works, according to Ferrari Standards; should be able to optimize the processes as well, depending on current situations
- Work experience in automotive field, luxury car brand is preferable
- Ability to analyze the workshop time distribution system and to learn Ferrari system/ DMS (intranet)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to explain problems in cars to customers
- Education level: University and above
- Work Experience: Freshman or more than 2 years

Parts Management
- Part & Accessory Inventory Management including in- warehouse and ex- warehouse inventory work procedure
- Map out and supervise stock order procedures based on the stock
- Manage the Parts Warehouse, Stock In Stock Out follow as the standards.
- In charge of the Sub- Material/Tools ordering. Support to Service team in the management.
- Develop, Plan and Meeting After sales parts & ACC goals & Reporting to Service Manager
- Sort, monitor and adjust individual parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turnover and minimize obsolescence
Logistics Management
- Support role in both planning and execution of the vehicle certification process, identifying applicable regulations, necessary testing, prepare applications & coordinate tests with external agency and testing lavatory to get full certification & compliance
- Manage and carry out Parts procurement procedure
- Manage other Logistics work, if any
After Sales Customer Management
- Customer Data Management with the Ferrari DMS
- Other After Sales Customer support work, if any
- Supporting Service Advisor on customer contacts, if any
