Prepare parts survey requested by customers and/or PSSRs (Parts & Service Sales Representative) and to ensure items prepared and ordered are correct and minimize the return of backordered parts.
Responsible for supporting PSSR to prepare recommendations of equipment maintenance and repairs for customers.
Assist PSSRs in preparing the parts budget for customers.
Collect any new parts issues, and update it to PSSRs and related customer.
Become expert in parts sales technical consultant.
Together with PSSRs to do equipment inspection at site and support PSSR to prepare recommendations of equipment maintenance and repairs for customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

English language skills.
Technical University Degree.
Computer literate and familiar with words, excel, outlook ...
At least 2 years of experience in customer services or Sales Administration work.
