Parts Supervisor - Jaguar Land Rover (HCMC)

OBJECTIVE: Manages the day to day operations of the Parts department to ensure the achievement of key targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepares price quotes and availability of stocks and Jaguar Land Rover Gear to customers, monitors customer activity and amends discounts where necessary.

- Sells genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts, additional products/services to customers with current promotion to give solution their specific needs.

- Manages and maintains stock levels of parts and accessories, purchases within agreed budgets.

- Recognises obsolescent stock in line with Retailer and JLR guidelines and make reports.

- Ensures all parts needed for scheduled work are ready and minimises Technician wating time for parts.

- Manages the internal audit and makes improvements to improve compliance.

- Ensures procedures are followed and all transactions are recorded, liaising with other departments as required.

- Analyses sales data to place emphasis on selling the most profitable lines.

- Develops a successful trade parts operation as part of the Dealership strategy.

- Understands and follows relevant JLR Operational Guidelines.

- 2 or 3 years in similar position or functions

- Knowledge about parts direct profit and retail parts sales & margins

- Skills to manage stock turn, stock levers, parts ordering, and target.   

- Customer data analysis skills

- Good communication and teamwork  

- Ability to adapt.
