Pastry Chef/ Trưởng Bếp bánh

Supervises and participates in the preparation of pastries, bakery and desserts

Relays feedback of kitchen employees to department manager
Creates signature pastries, desserts and daily specials with approval from Executive Chef
Provides input for creation of baked goods
Inspects orders to ensure high quality and presentation
Develops menu for baked items
Completes daily food production sheets and other reports

Prepares and inspects food to maintain quality standards

Ensures department adheres to Radisson Hotel Group, hotel, local and state health, hygiene and safety policies
Inspects ingredients upon delivery and before use to ensure quality
Shares food and beverage complaints with Executive Chef and works to resolve
Assists in quarterly inventories and recommends stock amounts to Executive Chef
Stores unused food properly to minimize waste

Works with other departments to efficiently operate kitchen

Coordinates kitchen staffing and food quantities with high volume periods for banquets, restaurants, and bar
Assist Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef as needed
Responds quickly and accurately to requests for special accommodations
Reports special requests, food spoilage, and other Pastry concerns to Executive Chef

Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 3 years as Pastry Chef in International Hotel Brand
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
