Pattern & Fit Technician

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Create high standards production patterns, specifications, construction to represent the company primeness
GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyst material component and apply to the pattern
Amend pattern base on the sample outcome, comment and the Fitting of the model
Grades base size pattern to create other Cups
Check the quality and measurement of the sample
Discussing the issues with the PT counterpart and Production centers personnel’s
Grades Cups base size pattern to create other sizes
Amend pattern base on Resolve issues in Bulk production
Create Measurement chart based on the created graded pattern

Deliver quality output:

No quality Issue
Complete and deliver work/project successfully and effectively on time for next teams’ process.

Education:

Bachelor Degree of any related majors

Technical skill:

Garment quality knowledge
Ability interpret comment, knowledge sewing operations,
Gerber system user, PLM system knowledge,
Lingerie/Intimates garment experience,

Language skills

English communication (report directly to an expat)

Other requirements

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
