Pattern Manager (Có Xe Đưa Rước Nhân Viên)

- Provide technical advice on construction and finishing techniques as and when required, in line with the Senior Designers’ expectations.
- Work closely with patternmakers to achieve the best fit in line
- Oversee and implement marker-making processes for all samples and proto’s to be cut from.
- Provide technical support and advice for all Patternmakers, technical garment techs
- Responsible for checking all fit models’ measurements to be in line with our measurements and to make patternmakers
- Aware of any measurements that are not specific to the client’s standard measurement to prevent any fit issues..
- Attend fittings in development and pre-production to monitor fit along with providing any constructive input to prevent any fit issues.
- Review fit notes after each session and work with pattern makers to prioritize workload juggling fitting alterations with new styles.
- Analise any fit issues with Designers and patternmakers providing the best solution for the best fit
- Check lining quality and accessories used (e.g., zip teeth size) and flag with Design if a better alternative could be used.
- Troubleshoot any performance concerns
- Work with pattern makers on best workflow to ensure the needs of both the design department and production department are met across all key seasonal deadlines.

- Able to combine creative and technical skills.
- Computer skilled, particularly in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Have experience in a similar role working for garment company.
- Gerber, Style Cad or Lectra computer patternmaking experience is required.
- Work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of garment construction, fit, finish and pattern making across multi-product categories.
- Exceptionally well organized with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and work reactively to change.
- Good English or Chineese
