Payable Accountant

Making payments to suppliers weekly, or as urgently requests
Provide supporting documentation for audits as instruction from Chief Accountant.
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records (accruals/reclassification)
Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
Perform reconciliation with suppliers
Enter and upload invoices into system
Prepare payment plan weekly, send paid invoices list to related departments
Other ad- hoc tasks
Comply with accounting policy (activity templates)
Track expenses align with contract (terms/price)
Monthly prepare VAT input list
Review required documents and 3- way matching before recording/preparing payment voucher, ensure compliance with set out internal policies and external related regulations such as tax law, commercial law…
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Banking or Finance
Teamwork, ability to multi- task, detail- oriented
PC skills – Word, Strong Excel and ERP system
Enthusiastic, careful, honest and responsible at work

Working hour: 8h00- 16h30 (Mon- Fri)
