Payable Accountant ( 6-8 Months Contract)

Check and approve AP invoices on SAP system daily
Ensure all invoices and forms are properly maintained and correctly recorded
Get a list of invoices from the website of General Department of Taxation to compare with invoices in the SAP system
Process vendor invoices, including verifying vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approval
Prepare Corporate credit card report
Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices and obtain necessary approvals
Month end closing report
Internal transaction report quarterly
Prepare AP Report
Assignment deadlines are met as set out by Manager
Corporate credit card management. Check the reasonableness of card usage purpose with the company&039;s card usage regulation. Work directly with the bank to close/open/lock the card
Store original documents

Proficient in using SAP system
Proficient in using Microsoft Offices
Initiative/ innovative/ flexible/ proactive
Good English Skill
Be responsible to complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result
Unverisity degree of Economics/Finances Banking
Having more than 3 years experience in AP accountant
Enable to work under the pressure
Good Communication skill
