Payable Accountant

**8- month labor contract 1. Booking the purchase invoices and expenses invoice into the ERP system:
- Input accounting entry of FX transaction and payment for soya bean in SAP systems.
- Check all service/good have to confirm/receipt on ERP system correct period, otherwise, the invoice will be returned to submitters to follow the correct process.
- Check the set of documents in 3 ways matched btw PO, good receipt & invoice before processing payment.
- Collect e- invoices according to the tax regulations.
- Booking the purchase invoices and expenses invoice into the ERP system.
Process the payment to vendors
- Write off Advance with purchase invoice.
- Check the fund was releases on e- banking and clearing the SAP Outgoing Account.
- Monitor AP aging weekly and process payment on due date, compliance with Payment procedure.
Reconcile the AP invoices and outstanding at month end
- Reconcile the AP accounts with general ledger.
- Check and prepare Bank reconciliation on balance between balance per SAP and Bank Statement.
- Reconcile the advance payment to vendors.
- Reconcile the received material not yet get invoices and closely follow up with warehouse, procurement.
Other tasks
- Keep company&039;s relevant certificates and purchase contracts, import declaration, payment docs.
- Participate in Safety initiatives of VAL to reduce HPE&039;s and improve efforts to advance towards a zero incidents culture.
- Other assignments by manager. *

- College degree in Finance and Accounting.
- High energy and positive attitude are the must.
- Improve company&039;s outcomes by strictly follow procedures.
- Teamwork skills.
- Be able to use ERP Systems, SAP is preferred.
- Diligent and attention to detail.
- 01- 02 years’ experience in the similar position.
