RESPONSIBILITY:

Performing a fundamental analysis on operating expenses for management review after month end book closing
Making sure all the files are kept secure, not only the invoices, but also all other supporting documents
Checking all the payment requests to ensure correctness, complied with the company&039;s policies and regulations
Preparing payments to vendors, employees, banks and other loans based on payment schedule
Responsible for confirming vendor&039;s balances
Preparing annual vendor balances report
Following up and managing advances of employees and vendor deposits
Monitoring AP balance to ensure payments are up to date
Reconciling AP transactions, including bank statements

Degree/Certificate Requirements:
Academic level: College and above
Major: Accounting, Finance
English Major
Computer: Proficient in the use of office software

Required Experience/Knowledge:
Expertise:

Understanding the field of operation of the company.
Bachelor of Accounting.

Experience:

Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Ensure confidentiality of work information.
At least 01 year of experience in accounting
