Payable Accountant (Temporary 6 Months)Urgent job Henkel Adhesive Technologies Vietnam Co., Ltd.

• Supports business projects in own area of expertise
• T&E administrator.
• Checks balance statements and other information provided by financial institutions
• Reconciles accounts, posts journal entries, maintains a general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting
• Maintains accurate financial records, account books, as well as sales, purchase, and cash journals
• Handles the following tasks: (i) invoice scanning/posting; checking invoice indexing after being performed by Shared Services Center; (ii) preparation of payment runs for all transactions; (iii) VAT input file for tax refund (4i) support certain treasury tasks; (5i) support for local tax audit and external audit.
• Classifies, codes, and records financial transactions and posts entries to general ledger
• Collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information and prepares financial reports and accounting statements
• Provides technical accounting advice within the area of expertise

• Strong problem- solving capability, convincing and influencing skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP a plus
• Teamwork, well- organized and able to work independently in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, or related field.
• Fluency in English/Vietnamese is essential
• Showing extensive experience in payable accounting (at least 4 years)
