Payable Accountant

Issue and send invoices to merchants.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Monitor and reconcile inventory with Purchasing team.
Reconcile the debt of merchants, send the debt comparison record.
Payment to merchants and vendors.
Ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices and documents for payment.
Create merchant’s data files, collect and update records.
Import data from vouchers, invoices into accounting software.
Collect invoices issued by merchants.

Good at Microsoft Office: Excel, words, power point...
High sense of responsibility and good character.
At least 2+ years of experience in relevant positions.
Graduated from University/ College majored in Accounting/ Finance.
Enthusiastic and proactive and positive attitude.
Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
