Ensure all team members are paid correctly per letters of contract and on a timely basis
To prepare salary payment lists for bank transfer and print payslips for all staffs.
Maintain confidentiality in relation to all payroll matters.
Coordinate closely with the Human Resources Department for all Employees documentation and any discrepancies with relation to employees’ records.
Investigate and report all variances.
Update payroll system with all master file changes as per appropriately approved personnel action forms.
Prepare month end journal for payroll and payroll related expenses.
Reconcile payroll systems and other expenses against actual payment amount. To randomly verify payslips against phantom employees.
Accurately input payroll data including hours worked, terminations, adjustments, annual leave and sick leave for each employee in line with local government regulations.
Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provide employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems
Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction

Assist in the development of the Hotel business plan and ensure an overall understanding of its departmental goals and objectives
Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co- operative and harmonious working environment
Communicate effectively with guests, co- workers and the manager
Attends work on time as scheduled
Follows safety and security rules and procedures
Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
