Payment Accountant

Other income (no object) through bank and cash.
Check payable liabilities, check employee advance, check input tax, compare debt with NCC, employee.
Checking for invoices being held, incomplete invoices, accounting for AP accounts.
Perform the other task be required by superior.
At the end of the reporting period, check debt before closing.
Examination of advance payment documents: advance, contract, NCC information and payment of advance via bank and cash.
Check for incomes and expenditures, yet reconciled by banks and cash.
Make local and overseas payment documents related to banking and cash.
Reconcile the revenues, spend with bank accounts and cash everyday.

Must have 2 years experience in equivalent position, preferably from Logistic companies.
Basic knowledge of: international payment, domestic payment via bank and cash.
University graduate majoring in finance and accounting or related fields
​Experienced in large accounting systems such as ERP, SAP, using MS Excel.
English communications is a must.
