Payment Systems Operations

Act as a point of contact between Outcubator and its different payment partners;
Learn the technical side of payment processing and work with the product and development teams to identify actionable areas for improvement.
Assist with payment reconciliation and work closely with the accounting team;
Ensure timely and compliant payment processing – keeping an eye on the payment engine and taking care of payment which need manual intervention;
Optimize costs and rates off current payment partners;
Work with the customer support team to ensure resolution of payment- related problems;
Solve complicated situations and investigating problematic transactions;
Analyze settlement data across different payment channels;

At least 1 year experience in payment operations interacting with other payment companies and providers regarding payment operations related matters;
Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Accounting or related studies;
Excellent communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook;
Proficient in English and another foreign language is preferred.
